Place order using our Desire2Design website with a simple step to upload your high resolution photo and move to checkout.

What is the payment method available?

You can pay using any digital payment method available like Paytm, Gpay, Net banking, Debit, Credit cards etc.

Is COD Available for Custom Items? 

You can pay using only pre-paid payment options because most of our products are customized in nature.

When will I get my order?

Our average production time is 2-3 business days and we immediately dispatch after production. Average delivery time in India is 4-10 days. Due to covid issues few deliveries may get delayed.

Can I see a preview of my order before delivery? 

It's difficult for us to show you a preview of your particular design print among quantity of daily order.  We give you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Still you can write us your special request on hello@desire2design.com or whatsapp us. Our team will try to preview the design in digital format if possible.

Can I place multiple orders at same time?

Yes you can place multople orders at a time.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Order cancellation is not allowed for any custom item

What if i don't like my product? 

We give you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We use only high quality product material to print your design. If there is any quality issue so you can directly reach us via hello@desire2design.com

Can I get a refund or replacement of my order?

Any refund or replacement is not allowed for custom items. Exceptions may apply if order was delivered incorrectly or damaged. In that case only We can provide replacement of the same product at zero cost on further verification.
